Allotments Committee

The New Waltham Parish Council Allotments Committee is responsible for the management, oversight, and development of the Parish Council–owned allotment site located on Anningson Lane.

The Committee works to ensure that the allotments are managed fairly, safely, and in line with Council policies, tenancy agreements, and relevant legislation. Its role includes overseeing site standards, plot allocation, inspections, maintenance, and supporting plot holders to help the site remain a positive, productive, and well-maintained space for all.

The Allotments Committee is committed to promoting sustainable growing, encouraging good site stewardship, and maintaining a respectful and cooperative relationship with allotment holders. By working collaboratively, the Committee aims to ensure the allotments continue to provide an enjoyable and valuable resource for the New Waltham community.
